Lawai Beach Resort does not have a resort fee.
Parking
Parking is free to in-house registered owners/guest.
In-room Safes
Units are equipped with a safe at no charge. Please unlock safe and ensure valuables are secured prior to your departure.
State Tax
There is a daily accommodation tax for all occupants of a timeshare unit. This tax was imposed by the Hawaii Legislature and went into effect on January 1, 1999.
Smoking
Lawai Beach Resort has adopted Hawaii's "Smoke Free Law". Smoking is prohibited in all area on the grounds of Lawai Beach Resort, including without limitation:
1) All open area such as the parking areas, lawn area and the swimming pool areas;
2) All enclosed areas and all partially enclosed area, including without limitation all lanais. You may smoke in the designated areas throughout the property.

There are three pools and spas.
All pools and spas: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Pool and spa use is for owners and registered guests only.
RoofTop Center (Fitness center, shower room, sitting area with TV, pool table and ping pong table)
Open daily from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm
Mini-Golf
8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Available to Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests, equipment for both is available at the mini-golf course storage unit. Access by room key.
Tennis & Pickleball
8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Pickleball (2 sets) are available to Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests, at the Security Office at the Rooftop Center.
From January 23 to March 1, 2026, our Tennis Court,
Mini Golf, and Rooftop Seating Area will be temporarily closed for a resurfacing project.
We understand how much our guests enjoy these amenities, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Alternative Options: If you wish to play pickleball or tennis,
the nearby Koloa Park offers excellent facilities.
• Fitness Center: Our Fitness Center will remain open during
this time for your convenience.

BBQ Area
There are BBQ grills located at various areas: Rooftop Deck, Banyan picnic area, Alii - Lika Lani seating area, Coral garden area and Alii Pool.

9:00 am to sunset. Available to Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests. Complimentary use of equipment is available at the Front Desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cornhole Game
Located at the Banyan pool deck area, toss bags are available
at the Front Desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Complimentary Computer Kiosk (Boarding Pass Printing)
There are two computer kiosks available at the Honu Center in the Banyan Building, you can print boarding pass, surf the web, check your email and print out documents.
